What To Do With A Million Years – Juno Calypso

Juno Calypso’s new solo exhibition, titled ‘What To Do With A Million Years’, is currently hosted at TJ Boulting Gallery, London (May 18 – Jun 23, 2018). Known for her iconic photographic series of self-portraits in ‘The Honeymoon Suite’, Calypso has discovered for this new body of work a surreal and unique location – an underground house in Nevada, USA built by Avon cosmetics founder and director Jerry Henderson in the 1960s… That this house even exists is a far-fetched fantasy that even Calypso could not have possibly imagined, proving once again that truth is indeed eternally stranger than fiction.
