Patrick Nan Awesome Video Of Iconic Bruce Lee Fighting With A Star Wars Light-saber

YouTube user Patrick Nan has done an incredible job re-imagining a scene from Lee’s 1972 film ‘Fist of Fury’ and bringing it into the Star Wars universe by adding effects to create a light-saber battle where Lee uses his signature nun-chuck skills with an added twist. When Bruce Lee passed away in 1973, he was already far along on the path of becoming a cultural icon and international action star. One of the most tragic aspects of losing someone so talented so young (Lee died at 32) is the loss of the potentially great work they would have produced throughout their careers. Can you imagine an aged Lee showing up in a Tarantino movie? Or, more appropriately in this instance, playing a coveted role in the Star Wars universe? Science fiction on this scale had barely even been dreamed of at the point of his passing. Thanks to the care and imagination of Patrick Nan, and an intrepid band of fans who also happen to be skilled filmmakers, we’re gifted these exciting glimpses of what might have been. Nan says he was inspired by a cool work of fan art titled ‘Bruce Lee Jedi’ by ameeeeba on DeviantArt and just took it one step further. The edit totally works, and is really entertaining.
